Q: I signed up for an offer and haven't received credit for it.
A: Once you complete an offer on kiddinforfree.com you must wait for automatic verification from the sponsor or merchant that you completed the offer or sale successfully. As soon as we receive that confirmation your account will be credited. Most offers credit instantly but sometimes it can be within 24-48 hours depending on the sponsor. Please give each offer some time before contacting us. Please do not contact the sponsor directly as they do not handle kidsdineforfree.com issues and will not be able to help you. Verify that you completed what was necessary to receive credit and if you still are not receiving credit please Click Here and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: What does it mean when my offer is "Pending?"

A: To qualify for the point referral your friend must become an "active" member, meaning they must sign up for at least one offer on the site. Once they complete an offer and it is verified, you will receive credit.

Q: How do I use my personal referral link to earn points?
A: Cut and Paste your personal referral link from the Refer Friends page and use it as you like. Any active member that joins using your link will earn you points, so post it, email it or blog it to get your friends to join.

Q: I used the Refer Friends form to get my friend to join but they never received an invitation.
A: Occasionally these emails are blocked by SPAM filters. We recommend using your personal referral link and emailing it to them directly

Q: How do my kids eat for free?

Q: I have enough points but I redeem the restaurant.com gift card I want.
A: Make sure that all of your offers show a status of "complete" and all of your referral offers are verified. Go to the My Account page to verify that all of your offers were completed successfully. Once all of the points are verified you will be able to order your free reward.

Q: Why don't you take my address?
A: When you earn enough points to order an item we take your shipping address information at that time. We do not need it to track your offer and referral status.

Q: My order shows a status of "Shipped" but I have not received it yet.
A: This means that we sent out your resteraunt.com gift card to the address you entered in your account. If you do not resave your card after 2 weeks please email us and we will send you a new one right away..
